My journey has been all about transformation, blending my love for home organization with a path of personal growth. I've trained with the National Association of Productivity and Organizing and gained specialized knowledge in ADHD home management from the Institute of Challenging Disorganization. It’s given me the tools to bring order and calm into spaces with both skill and empathy.

But what truly sets my work apart is my own personal story. As a proud mom and a relentless dreamer, I was diagnosed with ADHD as a kid but I didn't discover that until I was in my thirties ( I talk about this in the webinar). That diagnosis flipped a switch for me, and I decided to go back to school to become a clinical psychologist. I’ve been inspired by my experiences—and by seeing how often girls and women are left out of the ADHD conversation in clinical settings.

I’m committed to changing that narrative and helping others who’ve felt overlooked and misunderstood. With my mix of personal experience, academic goals, and organizing expertise, I want to be there for women navigating ADHD in adulthood.

When I speak, I invite others on a journey of acceptance and empowerment, breaking free from the weight of societal expectations and ADHD stigma. My story is a testament to the power of faith, staying true to ourselves, and believing in our potential—not just to get by, but to truly thrive, no matter the obstacles.
